The Marketing Operations Specialist is an execution-focused role that supports Dodge® Industrial's marketing operations through hands-on ownership of marketing automation assets and digital execution. This position is responsible for the design, maintenance, and continuous testing of email templates, forms, and landing pages within our marketing automation platform, as well as ongoing support of the company website, ensuring shared assets are optimized and consistently available to the broader marketing team. The role owns general marketing email builds and leads Dodge's social media presence — strategy, content scheduling, and posting — in collaboration with product communications and product management. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing automation experience, sharp attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset — staying current on platform features and broader marketing technology trends to strengthen what they own.
