About The Position

When you go to a show, attend an event, or even shop at the grocery store, you can’t help but think about all the behind-the-scenes work it took to make everything run smoothly. You’re a natural at keeping things moving, and keeping it all organized, too! Project management tools are your cup of tea—as in, you’ve tried a variety and you know what you like sipping and when you want to sip it. Speaking of hot beverages, you don’t like enjoying them alone, you’re a people person! Whether you’re chatting with teammates, meeting cross-functionally, or leading a project, you’re everyone’s go-to person for turning disorderly mumbo jumbo into organized processes. You do it all with a smile on your face and come equipped with ways to make it all a little more fun (this is Marketing, after all!). If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat with you about our Marketing Operations Project Manager position! About You If your project management skills were graded, you’d be a straight ‘A’ student. You’re adept at hitting deadlines, creating new processes, and communicating progress to stakeholders and teammates. You know your way around Google Sheets, project management tool(s), etc, but know that sometimes old-fashioned communication is the best tool for the job You don’t just run with an idea, you sprint with it! You’re great and taking words and making them into action. You’re exceptionally empathetic and patient with others because you believe “teamwork makes the dreamwork” and Juntos es Mejor (together is better). You have a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities at the same time and a high attention-two-detail. (Which is why you noticed the typo in that last sentence, and you’re breathing a sigh of relief knowing we put it there on purpose!) You’re known for purchasing planners—that you actually use—and keeping a carefully organized calendar. Helping others achieve their goals in an efficient and organized manner brings you joy every day of the year.
