Marketing Operations Project Manager Position Overview The Marketing Operations Project Manager will oversee campaign workflow and project tracking across the marketing department. This role ensures that creative assets are delivered on time to agency partners, promotional schedules are maintained, and product highlights/offers are updated in collaboration with Merchandising. The ideal candidate will excel at cross-functional coordination and process optimization to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing project management or operations experience.
  • Experience managing timelines, workflows, and creative deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project timelines for campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Manage creative asset delivery to agency partners.
  • Implement tools and processes to streamline marketing project execution.
  • Maintain and track the active promotional calendar.
  • Partner with Merchandising to keep product highlight/offer documentation current.
  • Serve as a point of contact between creative, media, and external agencies.
  • Monitor campaign progress and flag risks to timelines or deliverables.
  • Maintain status reports for active marketing projects.
