Your Role: We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build, own, and optimize our marketing systems and processes with HubSpot Marketing Hub and our own proprietary AI-native CDP at the center of our demand engine. This role is responsible for turning strategy into scalable, data-driven execution across the full lead lifecycle. You will serve as the system owner for HubSpot Marketing Hub, and other integrated tools, designing the architecture, governance, and operating model that Marketing, Sales, and RevOps rely on every day. You will translate business requirements into AI-native workflows, automation, and data structures that enable predictable pipeline generation and clear performance insights.
