As the Manager, Marketing Operations, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for powering our multi-channel marketing automation platform including email, SMS, push notifications, outbound calls, landing pages, and storefront personalization. You’ll oversee the configuration, development, deployment, and technical optimizations of marketing campaigns while driving process innovation, operational excellence, and scalability. This role partners closely with Creative and Marketing teams to translate strategy into executable plans, ensuring campaigns and promotions are delivered on time, on brand, and with the operational rigor needed to scale efficiently.
