Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Strong collaboration skills at all levels within an organization including significant experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates spirit and passion for continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Prior conference planning or other large event experience highly desirable
  • Animal Health/Life Science or Pharmaceuticals industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and executional lead for national Tradeshow management including VMX & WVC conferences
  • Manage rhythm of the business including weekly Marketing team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), key Marketing contact for National Sales Meeting, Global Marketing meetings, and key contributor for annual Budget Planning process
  • Ability to develop reporting templates and tools for the Marketing Managers to leverage during key meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Quarterly Plan of Action (POA), and other critical commercial meetings.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Operations team to help ensure Commercial alignment for key meetings including QBRs, POA (Plans of Action), Global Marketing meetings, and annual Budget planning meetings
  • Internal Communications leads including development and execution of a full year plan
  • Lead management of key Above Brand programs for the Marketing team
  • Special projects as needed that will help Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) continue driving operational improvements within a hyper growth environment
