The Role As a Marketing Operations Manager – Campaign Operations, you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and be responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to life and ensuring flawless execution across our marketing automation platform. You will work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to implement campaigns, manage data workflows, and provide accurate reporting and insights. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives executing campaigns end-to-end and supporting a fast-growing, B2B SaaS marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS companies: You’ve executed campaigns and managed marketing systems that drive measurable results.
  • Stack familiarity: You have hands-on experience using and implementing HubSpot or Marketo, and working within a broader revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper, RevSure, and RevSure, and project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Campaign execution expertise: You handle QA, testing, scheduling, and troubleshooting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data management skills: You maintain clean and accurate marketing and CRM data, supporting enrichment workflows and lead hygiene.
  • Reporting and analytics competency: You can build dashboards, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to marketing teams.
  • Collaboration and communication: You work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns in Marketo or HubSpot, including email sends, nurture programs, and audience segmentation
  • Manage campaign setup, testing, QA, and scheduling to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Maintain data integrity across marketing automation and CRM systems, including list hygiene, enrichment updates, and field validation
  • Support lead management processes, including routing, scoring, and lifecycle updates, in partnership with Revenue Operations
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing teams to implement campaigns and ensure alignment with strategy
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Define and manage lead management processes including lifecycle stages, routing logic, and Sales handoff in partnership with Revenue Operations

  • The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $128,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws
