About The Position

As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will power the engine behind One Legal’s marketing performance. You will own the systems, tools, and processes that bring campaigns to life, including email automation, campaign execution, marketing technology, and analytics. Your focus will be on ensuring everything is measurable, optimized, and continuously improving. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you will streamline operations, support high impact initiatives, and help drive growth. This includes managing marketing platforms, coordinating external vendors, supporting website and content operations, and turning data into actionable insights that improve conversion and performance. This is a hands on role that blends strategy with execution. You will play a key role in shaping how marketing operates and scales, building the infrastructure behind the scenes while keeping campaigns running smoothly day to day. This is a hybrid position, based 3 days per week out of our office in downtown San Francisco.

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress
  • Understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Curiosity and interest in using data to understand customer behavior and improve outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a business to business marketing environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own email automation, campaign operations, marketing technology, and analytics to support marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are measurable, optimized, and continuously improving
  • Streamline marketing team operations to support initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and improve conversion metrics
  • Manage campaign execution from setup through launch, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
  • Coordinate external vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
  • Oversee marketing platforms and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting team needs
  • Support website and content operations to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Build and maintain the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure that power marketing efforts
  • Balance strategic ownership of marketing operations with day to day execution to keep campaigns running effectively
