About The Position

Brother International Corporation is recruiting for its Summer 2026 Internship Program. This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, summer-long experience. The program runs from Monday June 1 through Friday August 14, with optional opportunity to extend and start 1-2 weeks earlier and/or continue 1-2 weeks later, depending on your semester schedule and the needs of the business. Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2026 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work full-time, following the expected schedule and on-site presence of the position. The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities. This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule. You will be expected to be on site at least 3 days a week, based on business need, with assigned office days determined by the manager. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2026 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible
  • Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Business majors (concentration in MIS or Project Management preferred), or Communications majors (interest in organizational change or corporate training preferred)
  • Basic project management knowledge and familiarity with project management concepts and practices
  • Exposure to change management (e.g., coursework or project experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, or organizational psychology)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet
  • Background in instructional design and/or training development
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and interpret project data to track progress and support decision-making
  • Experience in internal communications or marketing, including crafting messaging campaigns or rollout communication strategies
  • Exposure to system integrations, workflow automation, or IT support

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and implementation of a new Project Management Platform; assisting with configuration, testing, and rollout activities
  • Develop and contribute to a change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and adoption support
  • Create training materials and resources (e.g. guides, workshops, or e-learning modules to ensure effective tool usage and clarity across teams)
