Requirements

  • Undergraduate student graduating from May 2027-May 2028 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data analysis in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong interest in marketing operations, data analysis, data privacy and/or marketing technologies
  • Have experience using AI tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • An innovative and creative thinker with an always-learning and growing mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or familiarity in marketing automation tooling
  • Have at least one previous internship or Co-op experience in marketing
  • Have worked with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Snowflake or Klaviyo before

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, content syndication and digital advertising.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Support data entry, cleansing, and enrichment activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Help prepare and maintain marketing reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and key metrics. Document marketing processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, design, and product, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement.
