About The Position

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support channel strategy, promotional execution, and personalization initiatives. This role focuses on how marketing programs are operationalized and delivered to members across print, in-club, and digital channels.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Interest in marketing operations, channel strategy, or personalization
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn
• Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Smart Saver and promotional personalization testing
• Maintain and organize Excel-based data related to audiences and distribution
• Assist with coordination across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and vendors
• Support promotional setup and data accuracy for member-facing channels
• Participate in testing readouts and performance discussions
• Support a defined summer project aligned to team priorities
