We are looking for a Marketing Operations Data & Insights Lead to architect and scale the measurement systems, analytics logic, and automation that power operational decision-making across our marketing channels (web, email, notifications, SEO, and more). This role sits at the core of how Marketing drives impact, enabling speed, precision, and scale across every channel. In this role, you will build the data models, baseline logic, monitoring systems, and reporting infrastructure that provide clear visibility into performance, engagement health,operational load, and execution quality. Your work will turn fragmented, high-volume data into structured systems that make marketing more efficient, consistent, and resilient. Reporting is a core pillar of the role. You will architect and deploy scalable, self-service dashboards and executive views that track operational health and channel effectiveness, while also designing the underlying logic that powers automated alerts, anomaly detection, baseline comparisons, and decision frameworks. Working across large, complex datasets, you will create durable analytics solutions and lay the groundwork for AI-enhanced operational intelligence.
