About The Position

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a vital support role on the marketing team, providing the backbone for all data, technology, and financial workflows. This individual works closely with the Director of Brand & Communications and the rest of the marketing team to ensure our processes are efficient and our data is accurate. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology and data.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, a related field, or an administrative position that required strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • At least one year of experience as a HubSpot administrator, or a similar role.
  • At least one year of experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the firm's marketing technology stack, including the CRM, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
  • Staying up to date on new product features and maximize our utilization of current technology stack.
  • Support the team by pulling and compiling data from various systems to create reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Help maintain and optimize the marketing team's internal workflows and processes to improve efficiency and ensure project delivery on time.
  • Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to help the team effectively use marketing technology.
  • Manage marketing contractors as needed, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, like HubSpot.
  • Oversee and manage the firm's website (back-end), including performance monitoring, and ensuring a positive user experience.
