Park Studios is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support the growing needs of our in-house creative studio. This role supports the Studio Operations Manager by coordinating day-to-day workflows, managing project timelines, and enabling efficient, on-time delivery of creative assets across marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing, creative, agency, or commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated strength in process and operational rigor; strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate well with others.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Owns day-to-day project coordination for the in-house studio, including intake, scope confirmation and Purchase Orders (POs), timelines, and status tracking.
  • Builds and maintains project plans in Wrike, including tasks, due dates, approvals, and handoffs.
  • Tracks reviews and approvals, ensuring feedback is consolidated, versioning is managed, final assets meet requirements and all project assets are cataloged.
  • Facilitates weekly status meetings, notes, and follow-ups to ensure clear next steps, accountability and proactively flags risks.
  • Collaborates with studio team and other commercial functions including Marketing, Brand, Product and Sales to ensure content is done in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Partners with stakeholders to clarify priorities, dependencies, and deliverable requirements; helps balance workload and resourcing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
