About The Position

The Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist supports Falcon’s marketing engine by managing analytics, CRM infrastructure, website updates, and lead generation systems. You will ensure Falcon’s marketing technology stack runs efficiently while providing insights into what is working, why it’s working, and how we improve performance. This role bridges data analysis, marketing operations, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, marketing operations, CRM systems, or marketing automation.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Understanding of UTM tracking, digital campaign attribution, and marketing dashboards.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data trends that drive marketing performance.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing marketing data, campaigns, and reporting systems.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Falcon’s marketing analytics and reporting framework
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve lead generation and marketing ROI
  • Track website traffic, lead sources, and conversion performance
  • Identify trends in data and provide insights to support marketing and business growth
  • Establish and track key marketing performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
  • Support leadership with clear, data-driven reporting and recommendations
  • Maintain marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Perform tagging audits and ensure accurate tracking of all campaigns
  • Manage UTM tracking codes and attribution models
  • Ensure clean, reliable data across marketing platforms
  • Manage and maintain lead flow and reporting within Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Maintain lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and integration between marketing and sales systems
  • Maintain and update Falcon’s website using WordPress CMS
  • Build and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns
  • Ensure content is SEO optimized and aligned with brand standards
  • Support email marketing and automated lead nurturing workflows
  • Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to assist with content generation, campaign analysis, marketing workflow automation, and scaling digital marketing efforts
  • Partner with the marketing and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
  • Present marketing insights and recommendations using clear data visualizations
  • Stay current on marketing technology trends and digital analytics best practices
