About The Position

You will own the marketing data foundation that keeps our pipeline healthy, measurable, and moving fast. From Salesforce hygiene to lead routing and performance dashboards, you make sure every contact is usable, every campaign is trackable, and sales leaders can trust what the numbers say.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) plus marketing automation familiarity
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort with dashboards and reporting
  • Working knowledge of web analytics and tracking (UTMs, conversion events, GA concepts)
  • Ability to translate messy data into clear actions for sales and leadership
  • Comfortable making light HTML/CSS edits for emails or landing pages

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in equipment rental, industrial services, construction, energy, or similar B2B environments
  • Familiarity with construction or industrial project intelligence databases/tools
  • Experience with lead scoring models, visitor intent tools, and call tracking
  • Knowledge of email privacy and compliance requirements in the US and Canada (CAN-SPAM, CASL)
