The Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead plays a pivotal role in connecting marketing strategy, technology, and data. This individual will optimize lead flow, elevate digital experiences, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical — comfortable architecting automation workflows, analyzing conversion data, and managing MarTech integrations to deliver measurable growth. A key responsibility of the person in this role is the focus data hygiene and the easy accessibility of data insights to inform and enable product, marketing and commercial stakeholders.
