The Marketing Officer will report to the Marketing Director - Lending. This position is responsible for developing marketing promotions/campaigns using various channels (e.g. direct mail, print collateral, the Internet, social media, email etc.) to increase membership and product/service penetration. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Implement marketing initiatives that assist credit union departments in meeting their strategic goals. Develop and implement creative and innovative marketing projects/campaigns that are managed on time and within a reasonable budget. Work in tandem with marketing, communications and digital teams to manage projects from conceptualization to execution. Build and maintain relationships with other credit union departments, designers, vendors and other external partners to complete projects and meet deadlines. Manage marketing efforts for specific credit union departments and increase membership and product penetration through targeted marketing initiatives. Maintain consistent and effective communications both with members and employees throughout the course of promotions/campaigns to ensure maximum awareness. Conduct necessary research in conjunction with Marketing Analysis team to understand marketing environment, current trends and outcome of promotions/campaigns. Manage review process and complete rigorous proofreading and copy editing to ensure the production of the best quality end product.
