Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Marketing Representative to expand our referral base within a designated territory. In this role, the Medical Marketing Representative will promote Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen’s services to healthcare professionals including physicians, social workers, case managers, assisted and independent living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, clinics, adult day centers, and the community. The Medical Marketing Representative primary focus will be to increase referrals through effective relationship-building and strategic marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in medical marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Reliable, independent means of transportation.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with current, valid personal automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Present the features and benefits of Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen products and services to physicians, patients, hospitals, and the community.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare leaders.
  • Utilize customer educational programs, pathways, and physician portals to enhance engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Assist in collecting referral paperwork and other required patient information from physicians’ offices.
  • Drive and promote the “Concordia’s Continuum of Care” message to physicians, administrators, and discharge planners.
  • Organize and participate in conventions, vendor fairs, in-services, and other networking events.
  • Stay informed about home healthcare rules, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Maintain contact with referral sources to address and resolve any issues that may arise.
