About the position

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is deeply immersed in the fashion industry and has a passion for creating impactful brand moments. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion marketing with an emphasis on integrated marketing, and a proven ability to develop and manage partnerships that enhance our brand identity. You will also oversee our influencer campaigns, ensuring that content is being utilized cross functionally through a strong integrated approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with like-minded fashion brands, celebrities, influencers, and designers that align with True Religion's brand values and elevate our market presence.
  • Lead the conceptualization, negotiation, and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns that drive brand synergy and consumer engagement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative collaboration opportunities that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand positioning.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies that combine digital, social, paid, brand moments, activations, and in-store experiences to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels, maintaining the brand's voice and integrity.
  • Curate and manage relationships with influencers and fashion-forward personalities who embody the True Religion lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop visually compelling and on-brand content that speaks to our audience.
  • Skillfully negotiate collaboration contracts with external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that advance True Religion's strategic goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, influencers, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights that inform future marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data to continuously refine and optimize collaboration efforts, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with brand goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand collaborations, integrated marketing, partnerships, and social media management.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven success in managing high-impact brand collaborations and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Proficient in analyzing marketing KPIs and leveraging data to drive strategy.
  • Highly creative with a strong sense of style and an eye for emerging fashion trends.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
