About The Position
As a Marketing Manager at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement through creative marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production and design of various marketing collateral, including event posters, gaming guides, invitations, and direct mail pieces. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager(s) and the Director of Marketing to ensure that all materials align with our brand objectives and campaign goals. This position requires a strong understanding of current design software and trends, as you will be responsible for producing visual materials for advertisements, on-site signage, and casino promotions across multiple media outlets. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will directly supervise a team of graphic designers, providing them with direction, support, and mentorship. You will be tasked with evaluating design concepts and finished artwork to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines. Your role will also involve coordinating and prioritizing design projects within the team, establishing timelines, and ensuring that deadlines are met. You will communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and develop design solutions that meet their needs, while also preparing budgets for design projects and monitoring spending to ensure efficient use of resources. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a creative environment where team members can grow and develop their skills. You will conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio and filing system of marketing collateral, conducting off-site press checks with printers, and preparing notes and instructions for the creative team. This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
