  • Develop, implement, and optimize a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Keep the website current, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and conversions; manage landing pages and basic technical housekeeping.
  • Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn (primary) plus Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter—content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Create project case studies, brochures/one-pagers, presentations, short videos, and proposal-ready project sheets and resumes.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, email, PPC, and display campaigns with clear goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track and report on KPIs (traffic, rankings) and iterate based on insights from GA4 and Search Console.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across web, social, proposals, and print.
  • Partner with sales, estimating, and operations teams to gather photos, project data, and proof points; coordinate with agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Prospect and qualify general contractors, owners, and facility managers; maintain a prioritized chase list of upcoming projects.
  • Stay current on tools and best practices; recommend improvements to keep the digital program sharp.
  • Support trade shows, sponsorships, and client events as needed.
  • Experience in digital/B2B marketing (AEC/construction/trades a plus).
  • Strong writing and interviewing skills; able to translate technical field work into clear client value.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress (or similar CMS), GA4/Search Console, and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, UTM tagging, and light marketing automation/CRM for lists and attribution.
  • Basic photo/video capture/editing skills; organized, proactive, and comfortable visiting jobsites for content.
