About The Position

Nokia AIMS is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts and enhance brand awareness as an industry leader in the logistics sector. This role encompasses both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including marketing strategy development and execution of various marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for differentiating AIMS from competitors and educating potential customers about the benefits of the company's innovative hardware-as-a-service solution.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing roles within a venture-backed startup or technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying integrated/multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to measure, report, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with web CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to align with AIMS business goals.
  • Translate product features into customer value propositions.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation and execution.
  • Plan, execute, and track digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee social media channels, including content creation and engagement.
  • Coordinate trade show participation, including project management and logistics.
  • Lead the design, launch, and updates of the company website.
  • Create and update marketing materials to support lead generation and client engagement.
  • Provide the sales team with relevant marketing assets and insights.
  • Collaborate with and manage relationships with external advertising and marketing agencies.
