About The Position

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in overseeing website design, content creation, and video production. This role involves managing outsourced vendors for these functions and ensuring their work aligns with our strategic goals. You will also be responsible for implementing lead generation strategies to enhance our business growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our marketing efforts and contributing to our success in the electronic components distribution industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and provide Quality Leads. Utilize Salesforce to identify and qualify leads, manage contact information, and schedule Microsoft Teams meetings for business development activities. Collaborate with the sales/excess teams to understand meeting objectives, target audiences, and preferred scheduling times. Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of meetings, including sending calendar invites, reminders, and necessary documentation. Maintain and update Salesforce records to reflect meeting outcomes, follow-ups, and next steps. Generate reports and insights on meeting scheduling efficiency and effectiveness to optimize business development strategies. Send marketing information to key stakeholders. Provide support in managing and tracking campaign activities and campaigns through Salesforce. Website Design & Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Coordinate with outsourced web developers and designers to implement updates and enhancements effectively. Content Creation Oversight: Manage outsourced content creators to develop and write engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging, and effectively communicates our value propositions. Video Production Oversight: Supervise outsourced video production teams to plan, script, and produce high-quality videos highlighting our products, services, and industry insights. Ensure that videos are edited and optimized for various platforms, including our website, YouTube, and social media channels. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and drive them to schedule calls or meetings with our sales team. Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through targeted campaigns and follow-ups. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and website metrics using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights. Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and support their efforts with relevant marketing materials and lead generation tactics. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
