If you’re a marketing enthusiast with a passion for the outdoors, join our Home Office Team and help elevate and grow our collection of campgrounds and RV resorts across the country! The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Operations and partner closely with Campground Operations Coaches and General Managers to craft and implement marketing strategies for each property. You will oversee marketing performance metrics, manage budgets, and track the effectiveness and ROI of all campaigns. We are seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and excellent communication skills, who can work collaboratively with teams yet confidently take ownership of projects independently. A deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and analytics tools is essential, along with exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality outcomes. You should bring a creative perspective that aligns with business goals and budget considerations, coupled with a flexible, proactive, and solution-focused mindset. Experience with graphic design and video production is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms. Background in hospitality, campgrounds, or outdoor recreation is highly preferred.
