About The Position

If you’re a marketing enthusiast with a passion for the outdoors, join our Home Office Team and help elevate and grow our collection of campgrounds and RV resorts across the country! The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Operations and partner closely with Campground Operations Coaches and General Managers to craft and implement marketing strategies for each property. You will oversee marketing performance metrics, manage budgets, and track the effectiveness and ROI of all campaigns. We are seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and excellent communication skills, who can work collaboratively with teams yet confidently take ownership of projects independently. A deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and analytics tools is essential, along with exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality outcomes. You should bring a creative perspective that aligns with business goals and budget considerations, coupled with a flexible, proactive, and solution-focused mindset. Experience with graphic design and video production is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms. Background in hospitality, campgrounds, or outdoor recreation is highly preferred.

  • Google ads, SEO/AIO and other integrative marketing tools experience
  • Brand management expertise
  • Multi-property, multi-store, or regional experience in marketing or digital marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned campgrounds and RV resorts, aligned with business objectives and brand standards
  • Collaborate closely with Campground Operations Coaches and General Managers to understand property goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans
  • Establish marketing KPIs and monitor performance across all channels to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage marketing budgets for each property and make data-driven recommendations for resource allocation
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, websites and content creation
  • Set and manage brand strategy and standards across the Team Outsider portfolio
  • Coordinate and execute creative initiatives, including graphic design, photography, and video content, to support marketing campaigns
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and property communications
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing projects
  • Analyze market trends, audience demographics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
  • Travel to properties as needed to support marketing initiatives, on-site content creation, and team collaboration
  • Oversee management of google and other website reviews
