About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Playcraft Systems, a leading manufacturer of playground equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, promote our innovative and inclusive playground solutions, and retain existing clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the industry, marketing channels, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the manufacturing or outdoor recreation industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth in the playground manufacturing sector.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation, and trade show participation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities and customer needs.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer demands.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies, media outlets, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and press releases, with a focus on playground products and solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in playground manufacturing and marketing.
