We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is a passionate gaming storyteller with a proven track record of launching hit titles to lead our product marketing team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with large marketing budgets
  • Full campaign experience launching multiple games on modern consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, PC etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience working with large, cross-discipline teams
  • Deep knowledge of video games for PC or console platforms, from indie to AAA blockbusters, Game Pass and PS Plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic marketing plans for titles in the ProbablyMonsters' portfolio
  • Construct and present a concise and compelling marketing vision for the project and what the customer journey will be
  • Assist in developing IP brand strategy, including both title and team branding
  • Partner with development teams to conceptualize and define value propositions against competitor's games
  • Distill key insights from consumer trends to guide stakeholders with global launch and post-launch marketing plan
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create & support global launch and post-launch marketing plans
  • Iterate from player feedback, making actionable recommendations to development and other teams
  • Manage specific web, consumer engagement, community team, social marketing initiatives
  • Participate in the creation of style guides, product packaging, manual content, legal routing, customer service messaging, etc
  • Deliver ongoing marketing analysis, making recommendations on refining strategies and engagement
  • Conduct research on the gaming industry and target audience to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors
  • Execute first party platform & digital storefronts strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as game designers, developers, artists, and customer support to ensure that the game product meets customer needs and is aligned with company goals
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition cost, and user engagement to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and make adjustments as necessary
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and optimize spending to ensure the best return on investment
  • Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations with other companies, influencers, or organizations to promote the game product and expand its reach
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns such as email campaigns, social media advertising, and influencer marketing to increase brand awareness and drive sales as needed
  • Communicate with stakeholders such as senior management, investors, and partners to provide updates on marketing initiatives and performance metrics as needed
  • Participate in other cross company marketing initiatives as assigned, such as brand assurances, corporate public relations support, internal user research testing, cross title initiatives, etc
