We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns and execute innovative strategies to promote our company's products and services in a B2C environment. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, driving customers to both our brick-and-mortar locations and online business, and supporting overall company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing, with expertise in digital campaigns, content development, market research, PPC management, and radio advertising. As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all platforms. You will oversee social media marketing, SEO strategies, paid advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), and radio campaigns to maximize lead generation and customer engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding, while analyzing marketing performance metrics, competitor trends, and industry insights to refine campaign strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in integrated marketing strategies, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in PPC advertising, content creation, brand development, and creative direction is essential, along with excellent copywriting, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, and experience in the healthcare industry, managing multimedia campaigns, and knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CRM systems is a plus.
