About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager who will help build and scale the marketing engine behind a fast-growing real estate team in South Jordan, Utah. This is not a traditional marketing role
—this is an opportunity to create systems, leverage AI, and drive measurable growth. You will play a key role in helping the Zander Real Estate Team grow from approximately 125 transactions to 300+ and beyond by building scalable marketing systems that generate leads, support recruiting, and increase brand authority. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, embraces AI tools, moves quickly, and is focused on outcomes like leads, conversions, and growth
—not just activity.

Requirements

• Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns and build systems
• Strong interest in or experience with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
• Growth mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss or similar) preferred
• Experience in real estate or a service-based business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and implement scalable marketing systems across content, database, and lead generation
• Generate inbound leads through SOI, internet marketing, and open house support
• Create and manage a consistent content engine (social media, video, email, print)
• Increase engagement and conversion within a 30,000+ contact database
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and recruit real estate agents
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to increase marketing speed, output, and quality
• Train and support agents in using marketing systems and AI tools
• Track marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns and systems
• Coordinate client events, client touches, and brand engagement strategies
