  • SEO and Paid Media Knowledge: Proficient in interpreting reports and holding vendors accountable for performance metrics.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing and solving marketing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations: Manage day-to-day marketing activities to ensure seamless workflows and output quality.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to optimize performance and maximize ROI from campaigns.
  • Content Management: Develop and oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with firm goals and brand standards.
  • Project Oversight: Track deliverables and campaign execution timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house videographer to provide direction and review drafts before final approval.
  • Approval Coordination: Facilitate timely content approvals within confidentiality constraints with attorneys and paralegals.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead Nurturing: Enhance lead nurturing processes to capture and convert opportunities effectively.
