Marketing Manager Job Overview The Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for driving digital marketing performance and advancing the full-cycle retail experience across Faulkner Automotive Group. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution and partner management, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes. This individual will lead initiatives that enhance digital retailing capabilities, improve website conversion performance, and optimize the customer journey from online engagement through dealership interaction. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams, dealership leadership, and external advertising partners to align marketing strategy with goals and evolving digital consumer experiences. The Marketing Manager will be expected to leverage and optimize a range of platforms, including but not limited to: - Website & Digital Retailing Platforms (e.g., Roadster, Dealer.com, OEM platforms) - CRM & DMS Systems (e.g., CDK, VinSolutions, or similar) - Analytics & Reporting Tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Iterable/SFMC) - Advertising Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, third-party automotive marketplaces) - Call tracking, chat, and lead management tools - Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
