About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing & Business Development Manager supports Denark’s business development, proposal, marketing, and client engagement efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing proposals, maintaining CRM integrity, supporting pursuit strategy, managing marketing content and brand standards, and assisting in client-facing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, organization, and quality across all business development and marketing efforts, while supporting internal teams and leadership in pursuing new work and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, business development, or proposal coordination; five (5) years preferred without formal degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
Ability to proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience in the construction, engineering, or A/E/C industry strongly preferred
Experience with CRM platforms (Cosential/Unanet or similar) preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or similar graphic software preferred
