Marketing Manager Hybrid The marketing manager supports the creation of marketing plans and assists in the implementation of marketing campaigns to achieve organizational business and strategic objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collecting data and information for plans, writing plans as needed, developing content for various channels and coordinating with functional teams to implement plans as assigned. The manager also works with assigned stakeholders to understand business needs and help determine marketing support required. The manager follows the appropriate campaign development process and delivers assignments on time and on budget. The manager participates in assigned meetings and forums to represent the marketing function, and may report on progress and provide marketing input and counsel when needed. The manager ensures all marketing activities are in alignment with current brand guidelines and will coordinate multiple consumer messaging touch points as directed. The manager works directly with functional partners and/or vendors to coordinate the development and completion of campaign deliverables, as well as supports marketing response and delivery of other deliverables, such as signage and collateral materials as required. The manager plays an important coordination role to ensure all assigned marketing activities and messages are deployed as planned and fully able to measure results.
