About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic, solutions-focused mindset. This role is ideal for candidates that thrive in dynamic environments, can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, enjoy building programs from the ground up, and are energized by wearing multiple hats. You’ll partner with stakeholders to shape, manage and execute marketing programs that elevate Teneo’s brand, drive client engagement, and position our firm as the partner of choice for CEOs and senior decision-makers. The role is based in New York and will support the Global Head of Marketing, focusing on content, events, and cross-channel campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in global organizations
  • Proven experience delivering cross-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated content development expertise, with experience creating across channels and formats (web, social, video, longform)
  • Demonstrated experience managing owned brand events, industry conference engagement, and/or field marketing programs
  • Experience working with outside agencies as extensions of the Marketing team
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive and demanding projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior marketers
  • Strong collaboration skills, a proactive work ethic, high ethical standards, and ability to advise and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PPT, Word, Excel
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B or professional services firms. Prior experience in companies where marketing supports consulting, financial advisory, or strategic communications services is highly valued.
  • Experience developing and managing website content strategy and basic experience design
  • Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics
  • Marketing degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Integrated campaigns: Manage and deliver targeted marketing campaigns spanning content, digital marketing, events, internal enablement and communications
  • Content: Develop compelling content that reinforces key brand narratives and thought leadership across assets and channels – from long-form reports, case studies, and executive presentations to video, web, social, and internal communications.
  • Events: Create high-value event experiences that build brand awareness and relationships with target audiences. Work closely with internal support teams and global marketing colleagues to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analytics: Track performance metrics across channels (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and translate into insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Operations: Help develop and evangelize processes, frameworks or tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and/or programs.
  • Collaboration: Build trust-based relationships across business lines and functions, creating partnerships within Teneo’s matrixed structure to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities. Work closely with internal teams (Design, People, IT, etc.) to execute cross-functional projects. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
