As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of all marketing and digital strategies for Sofitel Philadelphia, ensuring strong brand positioning, revenue growth, and market visibility. This role goes beyond traditional marketing to include active support of eCommerce performance across both direct and indirect channels , working closely with Revenue Management and Sales to drive demand and optimize distribution. You will be responsible for storytelling, digital presence, campaign execution, and performance analytics, while ensuring alignment with Sofitel brand standards and Accor global strategies. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role requiring creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape. As part of the Commercial team, you will play a key role in elevating the hotel’s positioning—particularly around new product launches (such as suites), F&B activation, and local market engagement—while leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies to maximize impact.
