Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of delivering results.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and act practically.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, marketing channels, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Comfort managing budgets and working with external partners.
  • Familiarity with current trends in digital design, video, and social media engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing and brand strategy to support company goals for growth and profitability.
  • Serve as the main contact for outside marketing partners and agencies - guiding projects in digital marketing, brand strategy, PR, social media, and new product launches.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across everything from print and apparel to digital content and trade shows.
  • Manage media buying and placement, including social, digital, trade publications, and event promotions.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used wisely and effectively.
  • Collaborate across departments like Product Development, Customer Service, and Sales to align messaging and support lead generation.
  • Oversee website assets and digital content to keep information current and engaging.
  • Track and report marketing performance to leadership, sharing insights and campaign results.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including sales meetings, community events, and online promotions.
