About The Position

Hotel Anna & Bel, a MICHELIN Key 18th-century boutique hotel in Fishtown and home to Bastia, voted Best New Restaurant in Philadelphia by Philly Mag , and Caletta, a celebrated cocktail bar, is seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate our brands across all touchpoints. You’ll create yearly marketing plans, manage social media, email campaigns, brand collaborations, and on-property activations that reflect our story-driven, design-focused hospitality. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketer passionate about hospitality, design, and community.

Requirements

  • Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
  • A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you.
  • Your schedule is flexible and will are willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms — planning content calendars, capturing content, writing captions, posting, and engaging with our community.
  • Write brand-aligned copy for newsletters, website updates, and guest communications.
  • Manage the MailChimp account in drafting newsletters, sending, and reporting metrics.
  • Concept and design marketing materials — digital assets, printed collateral, and event graphics — using Canva , Figma , and/or Adobe InDesign .
  • Collaborate with local creatives, photographers, and brands to create meaningful partnerships and cross-promotions.
  • Support content production — strategizing needs, planning shoots, styling scenes, and occasionally capturing content (bonus if you have photography experience).
  • Assist the Director of Brand in developing and executing brand campaigns, including new hotel programming, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Track performance metrics for social media, email, web, and digital campaigns; use insights to guide strategy and report to management.
  • Maintain a consistent visual and written brand identity across all hotel, restaurant, and event communications.
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve these goals.
  • Work closely with the PR team and support with drafting and submitting pitches and communications with media.
