ROLE OVERVIEW The Marketing Manager owns and executes performance-driven marketing across a portfolio of outdoor hospitality properties. This role blends strategy, creative execution, and analytics with a clear focus on driving awareness, engagement, and bookings. The ideal candidate understands how paid media, content, email, and websites work together to influence guest decision-making. They are comfortable owning outcomes, adapting strategy based on seasonality and inventory, and communicating results clearly to internal teams and owner clients.
