The primary goal of the Marketing Manager position is to work alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing with a shared focused attention on continuous collaboration with key disciplines to drive top-line revenues through execution of a strategic marketing and positioning plan. This includes, but is not limited to, the social media lead role, management of an annual marketing plan, the execution of seasonal campaigns, positioning, and offers presented through various sales channels to support the development of strategic partnerships for the area. It is the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to work within the guidelines outlined by Kimpton, to possess knowledge of regional trends, proactively respond to the PR/Marketing needs of the hotels and work in tandem with the Director of Sales & Marketing to support top-line revenues.
