About The Position

The Marketing Manager will be a hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, social media campaigns, and creative marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels. This role blends strategic thinking, creative execution, and team leadership, requiring someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also guiding designers and video creators to deliver high-quality, on-brand work. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who understands how brand, content, and performance come together—and who enjoys both building and leading.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on brand and creative development
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand and social media strategies
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design and video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Experience managing creative teams (graphic designers, videographers, or agencies)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and customer segments
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Lead product and brand storytelling across digital, retail, and trade channels
  • Own social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize content based on insights and trends
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices
  • Personally create and/or oversee the creation of: Graphic assets (digital ads, social posts, web assets, sales materials) Video content (product videos, brand storytelling, social clips)
  • Use design and video tools to develop concepts, mockups, and finished assets when needed
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals and content
  • Manage and mentor graphic designers and video developers
  • Set creative direction, priorities, and timelines for the team
  • Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality output
  • Balance internal resources and external partners or freelancers as needed
  • Partner with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to support launches, promotions, and campaigns
  • Support trade shows, events, and retail initiatives with marketing and creative assets
