The Marketing Manager develops and implements strategies to promote the Company's products, overseeing campaign execution across various channels. Key responsibilities include market research, budget development and management, leading the Marketing team, setting performance KPIs, and reporting on results to align with business goals and revenue targets. Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy, including digital, print, web, email, and paid media campaigns. Develop and be accountable to a marketing budget that is appropriate to the market it serves. Budget for and develop ROI's on all furniture use opportunities. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with agreed upon business messaging and objectives. Lead the marketing team and manage relationships with external partners. Oversee marketing timelines and resource allocation. Conduct market research to understand treads, customer preferences, and the viability of products and services. Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and report on revenue growth, profitability, and foot traffic results to senior leadership. Work with other departments, such as sales and new product development, to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals. Ensure the company's messaging is consistent and effectively promotes the brand image to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the leadership team to perpetuate the culture of hard work and family values. Perform other duties as assigned.
