About The Position

'The Learning Experience' is the nation’s fastest growing Academy of Early Education franchise, with over 450 centers across 29 states. We are seeking a Community & Enrollment Marketing Manager to support our 4 locations of early childhood education centers. All of the locations are in prime growth markets of the DFW Metroplex - Plano, Frisco, McKinney and Lewisville. This role is ideal for someone who is highly social, organized, creative, and deeply invested in the local community. This is not a remote or purely digital role. You will be actively representing our schools in the community, attending events, building relationships with families and local businesses, supporting tours, and driving enrollment through authentic, in-person engagement paired with strong digital marketing execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Childcare, preschool, or family-focused marketing (strongly preferred)
  • OR community/event marketing with a strong local presence

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase community engagement and student enrollment.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
  • Optimize online presence through SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with all 4 centers to tailor local marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with all 4 location teams to support enrollment goals.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep our marketing efforts innovative
  • Attend and represent all four schools at a minimum of 10 local community events per month
  • Identify, schedule, and coordinate new outreach opportunities specific to families with children ages 6 weeks–6 years
  • Track event ROI (leads collected, tours scheduled, enrollments generated)
  • Support Directors with school tours, open houses, and enrollment events
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality tour experience aligned with our brand and values
  • Follow up with prospective families via phone, email, or text
  • Assist with lead nurturing
  • Assist with waitlist management support
  • Assist with open house promotion and execution
  • Manage and create content for Instagram
  • Manage and create content for Facebook
  • Manage and create content for Local parent/community groups
  • Capture real, authentic content from the schools
  • Post consistently and strategically to drive tour bookings
  • Post consistently and strategically to drive brand trust
  • Post consistently and strategically to drive community awareness
  • Coordinate promotions around enrollment specials
  • Coordinate promotions around summer camps
  • Coordinate promotions around Pre-K & Kindergarten readiness
  • Coordinate promotions around Texas-specific school calendar milestones
  • Execute preschool-specific marketing needs such as Open House campaigns
  • Execute preschool-specific marketing needs such as Pre-K & Kindergarten enrollment drives
  • Execute preschool-specific marketing needs such as Summer camp enrollment
  • Execute preschool-specific marketing needs such as Back-to-school promotions
  • Support compliance-appropriate messaging aligned with Texas childcare licensing requirements
  • Support compliance-appropriate messaging aligned with Parent expectations around safety, ratios, and curriculum
  • Maintain brand standards across all locations
