About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to serve as the architect and performance leader for our full digital stack. This is a "player-coach" role: you will be the primary point of contact for our external agency partners, but you must be technical enough to "look under the hood," audit their work, and execute internal initiatives when necessary. Your mission is to drive measurable online retail lead generation and customer acquisition across multiple markets. You will partner with the C-suite to align digital strategy and spend with our aggressive growth goals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on metrics-driven lead generation.
  • Player-Coach Mindset: You are comfortable managing a vendor but possess the technical skills to troubleshoot WordPress, Google Ads, or basic HTML/CSS yourself.
  • Demonstrated experience in PPC, SEO, Social Strategy, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to interpret trends and translate data into business actions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with JobNimbus and GoHighLevel is highly preferred.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Channel Ownership Lead the execution and optimization of all paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (including LSAs), Meta, and YouTube.
  • Drive growth in ROAS and lead quality through sophisticated bid management, targeting, and ongoing creative testing.
  • Own the marketing measurement and reporting cadence; deliver clear insights on budget pacing and channel tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Pivot our digital messaging to specifically target the retail/self-pay homeowner segment.
  • Web, SEO & AI Search Visibility Own the corporate website and landing page ecosystem; optimize for UX, speed, and conversion rate (CRO).
  • Lead organic growth strategy across traditional search and emerging AI-search discovery.
  • Proactively pilot new AI tools and digital innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the home services industry.
  • Agency Management & Tech Stack Integration Supervise external digital agencies, holding them accountable for scope, timelines, budget pacing, and lead quality.
  • Own lead funnel management and data integration across our tech stack, specifically JobNimbus and GoHighLevel .
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing platforms and our CRM to track ROI from click to completed roof.
