Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on digital channels, particularly social media and email marketing, in a retail/e-commerce organization.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with current trends in influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Integrated Marketing in developing and executing email campaigns, including segmentation, asset creation, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar for all social media platforms and develop strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partner with the Director to establish and manage relationships with influencers and affiliates, coordinating campaign execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with product, ecommerce, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the Associate Marketing Manager, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
