Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Marketing Manager for the Sacramento market, reporting to the Market Director of marketing.
  • Shape and execute marketing strategies aligned with local market priorities and goals.
  • Manage a broad range of marketing needs throughout the market, including growth and engagement programs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies that align with regional and enterprise goals.
  • Maintain detailed annual budgets reconciliation and tracking reports for marketing spends.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
  • Work with a cross-functional market-based team of marketing & communications managers and specialists.
  • Utilize data analytics to personalize marketing and enhance consumer and patient experience.
  • Manage deployment of service line campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and print.
  • Support development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and support referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
