As a Marketing Manager, you will be critical in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and planning to execution and analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance, measure results against KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the sales, data, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights about customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and content, ensuring they are compelling, brand-aligned, and effective in engaging the target audience.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Mentor and lead marketing associates on the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Master’s degree is a plus.
