About the position

The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic leader at Press-Seal, responsible for enhancing the brand, customer experience, and product visibility. This role involves driving targeted marketing campaigns, bolstering digital and social media presence, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. The Marketing Manager will focus on customer engagement, digital enablement, and program execution to strengthen the company's market position and support growth. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product development, and corporate strategy, this individual will ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead branding initiatives, including presentation development, naming standardization, and social media content creation, to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and digital content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives to expand Press-Seal’s online reach and visibility.
  • Manage website content, SEO strategies, and targeted digital advertising campaigns to improve accessibility and engagement.
  • Lead social media strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging.
  • Oversee video content production, product photography, and multimedia storytelling to showcase the company’s strengths and innovations.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing programs to optimize execution and foster audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales initiatives through campaigns that reinforce brand loyalty and market presence.
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on trade shows, industry conferences, and promotional events to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling booth designs, presentations, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure that all event materials and promotional items align with the company’s branding strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
  • Partner with HR to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and engagement metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports for senior leadership, outlining key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure strategic resource allocation and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
