The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on content creation and understanding the voice of the customer (VOC). This role involves close collaboration with business segment leaders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights; develop compelling marketing materials; and ensure GTM plans are aligned with business targets for revenue and growth. The Marketing Manager will create strategies for tradeshows, websites; sales training; and new product commercialization -- including definition of GTM approach; content design and value proposition articulation and presentation. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to conduct effective interviews, and participation in executive strategy meetings. This position requires a solid partnership with the Global Marketing Project Manager.
