The Manager, Marketing is responsible for managing all regional and local marketing campaigns and projects, including brand and clinical marketing for City of Hope Atlanta. The Manager, Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategic multifaceted marketing plans designed to access and serve more patients at City of Hope (COH) Atlanta. This role will develop and execute data-driven marketing, branding strategies and clinical marketing initiatives in support of the business growth initiatives. These strategies will enhance brand equity and awareness for COH Atlanta, Outpatient Care Center at Paces Ferry and partnerships in associated markets. The role will include the development of high quality and compelling content pertaining to digital and print advertisements/advertorials via clinical and consumer avenues, direct consumer and clinical website resources, social media and physician/clinical/patient facing materials. The role works collaboratively with the communications and system clinical marketing teams, on creating content specifically targeted to physician outreach for multiple channels. The role manages internal relationships to ensure the effectiveness of Media and Brand Equity investments placed through the centralized COH marketing team and local marketing manager. This role will work with hospital leadership and various clinical leaders to enhance the reach of City of Hope in the local and regional markets. The role will be responsible for gathering information on the hospital level pertaining to new service line development, physician recruitment, clinical enhancements, technology advancements, growth initiatives, brand equity and awareness of COH Atlanta. The role will develop marketing strategies, incorporating market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to develop hyper local marketing tactics to build trust and loyalty resulting in patient access to City of Hope Atlanta. The Manager, Marketing will report directly to the City of Hope Atlanta Executive Director of Marketing & Communications.
