Marketing Manager

Soukup, Bush & Associates is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As the largest CPA firm in Northern Colorado, we pride ourselves on our strong relationships with clients and our stellar reputation in the industry. This position is unique as it will be the first Marketing Manager in our firm, providing an exciting opportunity to shape and establish our marketing strategy from the ground up. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the firm shareholders to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our goals of attracting high-caliber clients who appreciate the legendary service we provide. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing various marketing collateral, including website content, newsletters, client surveys, and social media presence. You will also coach employees on personal marketing strategies and conduct periodic seminars to enhance our internal culture and brand. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will represent Soukup Bush at job fairs, career events, and collaborate with college and high school career centers to promote our employment brand and attract top talent. Evaluating our selection, placement, and onboarding techniques will be crucial to keeping Soukup Bush top of mind for potential applicants and referral sources.
